What Metro Detroit parents say
Do we deliver to you?
We serve Oakland & Macomb County plus Dearborn. Your exact delivery fee shows at checkout.
Quick answers
What if it rains?
We make the weather call Thursday evening. If we cancel for weather, you can reschedule with 120% store credit (or take a refund). We'll never set up in unsafe conditions.
How much space do I need?
Every rental page lists the unit's size. Plan for a flat area a few feet bigger than the unit on each side, with no low branches or wires overhead. Not sure? Call us and we'll help you pick.
Do I need an outlet?
Most inflatables need one standard outdoor outlet. No outlet nearby? Add our Generator to your order.
Can I pay a deposit instead?
Online bookings are paid in full. Want to hold your date with a $100 deposit? Call us at (248) 404-8373 and we'll set it up.
When do you deliver and pick up?
We set up before your guests arrive and send you a text when we're on the way. Pickup is the next day, so there's no cleanup for you.
